职位描述:
responsibilities:
• responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle including lead generation, prospect development, sales presentations, closing and account management with emphasis on customer satisfaction
• define sales strategies
• manage quotes and proposals
• maintain and grow customer relationships
• attend sales and networking events such as industry meetings and trade shows
• generation and management of sales reports and forecasts
• meeting annual sales targets
• analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results
• develop and manage sales budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating results
• management of all major and critical developing client accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts
• work across north america region, ensuring that fl is represented favorably and consistently across the region.
• payment collection.
• establish and implement short- and long-term goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures
• supervise, manage and develop us sales staff
• attract and recruit additional talent depending on sales growth
qualification:
• bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in a professional and international sales environment
• self-motivated team player and team leader
• proven track record of meeting sales objectives
• goal-oriented and driven by success
• proven negotiation skills
• sales experience in the optics and diode laser industries including knowledge of the customer base is a plus
• sales experience and existing network within it / consumer electronics / automotive customers is a plus
• skilled at time, travel and customer management
• ms office skills
