工作职责 Terminal and Territory Management: Manage RAD terminals and related pharmacies Monthly/Quarterly update the territories and make sure the accuracy and rationality of sales target totally and individually Work with incentive management team to update RAD territories in all systems like SCI and CRM Incentive Execution: Be aware of MKT strategy, participation in yearly incentive plan design Incentive data calculation including contrast media, disposable, injectors and the KPI for multiple channel Reps Monthly track and monitor regular sales incentive payout with overall sales performance to ensure the effectiveness of incentive plan Internal System: Support Power Dashboards to run smoothly by checking internal and external data to ensure the accuracy Monitor device program system and establish the device program dashboard Fully involved in operating DSIS system by acting a coordinator between Bayer RAD and distributors to ensure the accuracy of DSIS contents filled in Communication Platform: Be responsible for CIDE public email facing to entire RAD Answer incentive queries from RAD colleagues 任职要求 Bachelor degree 3 years of SFE experience Healthcare sales experience will be a plus Advanced communication skills Detail orientation along with a high level of planning skills Technical /Computer proficiency including MS Office
