We're looking for a new colleague to Join ZF Aftermarket in the form of homebase. Your tasks: Shanxi/ Nei Mongol/ Henan. Maintain business relationship with Key Channels; implement company’s strategy of specialist channel development. Guarantee company’s profits and business quantities with Key Channels. Manage dealer input and output, negotiate orders, ensure sales KPI Help the company distributors to sell through the company parts, recommend new product line to the distributors. Provide training to distributor sales team on product and business knowledge to help them grow the sales. Manage Sales staff and push KPI to be achieved Regularly monitor Distributors performance, back order, inventory and forecast. Cooperate with Product Marketing by providing competitors’ price, samples and activities if necessary. Understand the VM specialist channel operation and competition status and provide feedback and suggestions on fine tune TRW/ZF generalist channel approaches. Specialist parts channel layout development. Your profile: At least 5 years in sales position. Sales knowledge in auto aftermarket is preferred; Have the ability/experience to develop distributors in target cities, be good at customer management; Results oriented, can work under pressure.Ambitious and aggressive, but a good team player. English reading and business travel is a must. Good computer skills with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint; good analytical skills and mindset.
