工作职责：Responsibilities：
1.能够全英文授课，并保证教学质量；
Can teach in English and ensure the quality of instruction.
2.能够熟练操作办公软件，独立制作教学课件；
Proficiency in office software, and capable of independently designing courseware；
3.能够通过电话教学，日常沟通等方式对学生的学习效果进行跟踪，为家长提供优秀的教学售后服务；
Track students' learning progress through telephone teaching, daily communication, and so on. Provide parents with excellent teaching service.
4.能够进行教室和教具的日常维护和管理。
Do the routine maintenance and management of classrooms and teaching aids.
入职要求Entry requirements。
1、大专或以上学历；（英语专业、教育专业、有相关工作经验或海外留学经验者可适当放宽）
Junior college or above;(English, Education, relevant work experience or study abroad experience may be relaxed)
2、口语标准、地道；较强的读写能力；
Standard oral English, strong literacy;
3、热爱儿童和英语戏剧、口才教育事业；
Loves children, and having an English drama、Eloquenc educational career;
4、乐于接受全新的教育理念和教学模式；
Willing to accept new ideas of education and modes of teaching
5、性格开朗热情，活泼大方；
Warm and cheerful, lively and generous;
6、形象好，气质佳；
Good image and attitude;
