Job Summary
部门经理的主要职责就是使顾客满意并确保部门营运目标的达成。
依照服务合同及公司营运必做各项要求，全面管理部门日常运营，带领员工为客户及顾客
提供卓越服务。确保员工遵循、理解并执行索迪斯的理念，核心价值观和道德准则和公司政策，
并使他们得以不断的进步和提高。树立公司良好形象，从而不断的拓展服务范围和业务。
The main responsibility of UM is to satisfy our customers and reach the operational
objectives.
In compliance with the service contract and Sodexo Les Incontournables, manage the
unit operation comprehensively. A Unit Manager leads his/her staff to satisfy our clients and
customers through operational excellence. Ensure within his/her staff the respect,
understanding and application of Sodexo philosophy, core values and ethical principles as
well as all company policies and take the responsibility of people development. Promote the
Sodexo image and expand existing services scope and develop new business.
