1、 Manages all functions ofthe Food Production and Stewarding operations to achieve the optimumdepartmental profit.

3、Oversees special eventsand special food promotions.

4、Makes recipes andmaintains up-dated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold in theFood and Beverage operation.

5、Takes steps to ensurethat outstanding culinary technical skills are maintained.
确保维持出色的厨房技术。
6、Maintains comprehensiveproduct knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets andcurrent trends and make appropriate adjustments to kitchen operationsaccordingly.
